This software was implemented on the basis of C#.NET + MS SQL Server. Time counting is based on the following: the time
when this operation ends is the time when the next operation begins. Thus, to start this or that action/operation
(including such action as leaving), an employee has to make a corresponding note/remark in the database. Employees are
identified by their computer workplace logins. That means, the current software user is the current Windows user.
